Return & Refund Policy (Digital Products)
Thank you for your purchase. Due to the digital nature of ebooks, downloadable files, templates, checklists, and other digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered (i.e., download access has been provided). Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Exceptions (Limited)
A refund or replacement may be considered if:

We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement download. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
